This Agreement is entered into between The Friends of Stallashaw Moss of Thistlebank, Auchengray Road, Carnwath, ML11 8LL ("The Friends") and any user of the Website (the "User").

The User agrees to the terms of this Agreement for the purpose of gaining access to a variety of information contained within the Website. By using the Website, the User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions as stated in this Agreement.

Indemnification

The User shall hold harmless and indemnify The Friends and its officers and agents from any and all liability, howsoever arising, including legal fees and expenses, arising from (a) the User's authorised or unauthorised use of the Website or (b) breach of this Agreement.
